Unity software implementation and configuration support from Sandbox to Dev to QA to PRD can be provided on three levels:

• Basic support if you have a full basis, development and analyst team.
• Complete implementation and configuration services via remote access to
      your system.
• On-site implementation and configuration services.

Training – Our goal is for each person to be competent using our solution in PRD. Both on-site and web training is available.

Ongoing support – As part of the maintenance agreement, basic and 24 hour, 365 day enhanced support is available depending on your organization’s needs.

Customization

Our team can develop enhancements to your SAP system as well as customize our Unity solution with additional functionality to meet your specific workflow requirements.
