Implementation Services:

Unity software implementation and configuration support from Sandbox to Dev to QA to PRD can be provided on three levels:

  • Basic support if you have a full basis, development and analyst team.
  • Complete implementation and configuration services via remote access to your system.
  • On-site implementation and configuration services.

Training – Our goal is for each person to be competent using our solution in PRD. Both on-site and web training is available.

Ongoing support – As part of the maintenance agreement, basic and 24 hour, 365 day enhanced support is available depending on your organization’s needs.
