Work Order Print Manager (WOPM) streamlines the work order printing process.
Typical SAP printing scenarios involve entering each work order and performing a series of steps to gather all the documents.
- Print shop papers
- Go to each operation to print Product, Resource, Tools (PRT) documents
- Go to each related object (e.g. equipment, functional location, etc.) to print relevant
documents
Compounding the problem, SAP forces you to select and preview documents before they can be printed. In contrast, WOPM pulls all the related documents onto a single screen. From this control center, you can preview each document by clicking on its name. If you would like to perform a mass print, select all the documents and choose the print icon.
