KPI Reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are measures used to help an organization define and evaluate how successful it is, typically in terms of making progress towards its long-term organizational goals. This tool will provide a graphical representation of your organization’s performance over time.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) provide a data snapshot and framework capability that allows performance reports to be easily created and implemented. The KPIs provide standard “stop light” tabular reports and also graphical trends for Start Date Compliance, Finish Date Compliance, Planned versus actual work hours and Schedule Compliance (planned work versus break-in work).

KPI Reporting Tool will provide the total score as the single number that can be used to indicate how well a plant is doing and enable management to compare plants against one another. By racking and stacking plants based on performance, those that are falling behind will be able to elicit the help of more successful sites. Similarly, management also will be able to identify the company leaders and use these plants to promote the initiative, celebrate successes and provide personnel to help the lower performing plants.
